Having a link exchange greatly increases the amount of traffic to your site or blog. To be a member you must have an active blog or website and exchange links with other members. There is no minimum amount of links you must have to other sites but keep in mind that the more links you exchange with other members a link will be provided on their site thus increasing your traffic. You have the right to refuse a link exchange of course but again the purpose is to increase traffic to your site.
